Through regular checks on themes and layouts for applications the development team found a bug within the Dream Layout template. There had been an issue with adding a secure (ssl) url in the logo url field for the application which meant that whenever a secure url was being used it caused the return of a broken tile image suggesting it could not return the link you provided for your image.
This layout has undergone an update to the core code and this update has corrected the display issue now allowing secure links to be used in the logo url field.
