In the Stores section of the Commerce feature we need to set up our stores.
These stores will be the actual businesses that we want listed within the directory.
Point of note here, we’ll only want to set up a couple of these to being with as we’ll need need to add content in elsewhere so that we can correctly categorise these listings by business type and also and categories that may apply to services that the business offers.
In this example we are using primarily restaurant businesses but you will see how this works and how you can add in additional categories in another tutorial section which will be the My Categories one.
Here’s an example of the businesses we have listed.
Here’s an example listing that we have made, Joy Steak House.
We added in the business details including business name, address, phone number, email address.
We also assigned it to the appropriate store category.
